CONSULTING

WHO WE ARE

The Consulting committee supports all of BOW's Consulting programming, both internally and externally. Internally, the Consulting committee organizes professional development and recruitment support ranging from mentorship programs, to a compiled Consulting opportunities document, to Consulting “bootcamp” crash courses about recruitment. Externally, the Consulting committee assists BOW’s VP of Events for Consulting in engaging with firms across both industries. Specific responsibilities include serving as BOW “point people” at external networking events, allowing committee members to also connect and meet with representatives at firms across the consulting space. Ultimately, BOW’s Consulting committee is instrumental in supporting our organization’s programming, and we could not be more grateful for our team!

"I joined BOW's consulting committee because I wanted to promote and empower the brilliant women in our organization who will go on to build impressive careers in consulting. I'm grateful to the women on my team who help support me in my recruiting journey, and I feel lucky that I am able to support my fellow BOW members in their journeys as well. In the committee, I manage and facilitate the Case Buddies program which works to connect members interested in consulting so they can practice case interviews together. I'm looking forward to this year and hope to meet more members interested in consulting soon!"
