The Finance & Consulting (F&C) committee supports all of BOW's F&C programming, both internally and externally. Internally, the F&C committee organizes professional development and recruitment support ranging from mentorship programs, to a compiled F&C opportunities document, to F&C “bootcamp” crash courses about recruitment. Externally, the F&C committee assists BOW’s VP of Events for Finance and VP of Events for Consulting in engaging with firms across both industries. Specific responsibilities include serving as BOW “point people” at external networking events, allowing committee members to also connect and meet with representatives at firms across the F&C space. Ultimately, BOW’s F&C committee is instrumental to supporting our organization’s programming, and we could not be more grateful for our team!

"Being part of a BOW committee has helped me become more appreciative of all of the thought and work that is required to maintain BOW's standard of excellence and initiative to empower women interested in all areas of business. "
