The Professional Development Committee focuses on creating series of interactive workshops for BOW members to learn specific hard skills. The year, we are excited to launch a Social Media Marketing workshop series and a Web Design/Development series. In this committee, members are able to not only demonstrate their own knowledge regarding their interests, but inform and encourage other BOW members to discover similar interests.

"Being on the mentorship committee helped me realize how powerful mentorship can be not just for the mentees, but for the mentors as well. The feeling of accomplishment that accompanies helping others out makes the experience more than worth it."
