The brand new Data Analytics Committee seeks creative ways to collect and analyze data to improve all aspects of BOW, from event programming to recruitment and mentorship. Our committee presents actionable insights to help BOW provide higher-quality events and resources to all of its members. This year, the Data Analytics Committee has many exciting initiatives planned, including hosting data-related educational events, understanding BOW members' career interests and experiences, and building more robust mentorship programs.

"I discovered my interest in data in my freshman year. Being a member of an organization as large as BOW, I have been interested in discovering the implications of the data generated by its members and events. I believe that the data analysis can benefit not only the event-planning committees but also every individual member. I am also excited to spearhead the initiative that collects membership data to build a database that helps BOW members connect more seamlessly with each other."
