LEAN IN COMMITTEE

WHO WE ARE

Lean-In's main role in BOW is to create programming that focuses on identifying challenges that women face in the workplace and equipping members with the tools to tackle these obstacles head-on. It's hard to fight what you can't see. If we can bring to light the specific challenges that women face (from imposter syndrome to the leadership-ambition gap), we can better self-reflect and position ourselves to succeed. Look out for our events in the coming months, including our series on exploring feminism in the workplace, our upperclassmen mentorship dinner series, and our salary negotiation workshop.
