Sydelle Bernstein
VP of Events; Entrepreneurship
Sydelle Bernstein is a rising senior at Duke University majoring in Psychology, minoring in Neuroscience, and pursuing a certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Outside of BOW, she spent her freshman and sophomore years in Jumpstart, a program where Duke students work in Durham elementary school classrooms to support young learners. She is also a member of Duke’s club lacrosse team and the founder of Students Who Sit, a startup that connects student sitters with faculty and staff in need of childcare services and now serves over 600 users at Duke. Over the summer, Sydelle worked part-time at a venture capital firm founded by a Duke alum, where she collaborated closely with a portfolio company to identify new marketing opportunities and growth strategies.
