Suzie Choi is a senior from Seoul, Korea studying International Comparative Studies with a Political Science minor and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate. She joined BOW in the Spring of 2021 and served on the Social Impact Committee. She is excited to join BOW's Exec Board this year as VP of the Social Impact Committee. Suzie worked as a DukeEngage Summer Fellow for two summers—with a nonprofit in India to support a local social enterprise and micro-entrepreneurs during her freshman summer and with a nonprofit in Detroit to investigate on nonprofit leadership pipeline in Southeast Michigan. This past summer, Suzie worked as a Strategy Intern at Counterpart International in D.C. Outside of BOW, she is involved with Duke UNICEF Durham Affairs Committee as a Co-VP and I&E department as a Student Fellow. In her free time, Suzie enjoys playing flute, cooking for her friends, climbing, and solo traveling.
