Yasmine Kaplan is a Sophomore from Long Island, New York studying Public Policy with a certificate in markets and management studies. She joined bow during Fall 2022 and served on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She is excited to join BOW this year a DEI chair. This past summer, she participated in the Abercrombie and Fitch Freshman Forum. She also participated in Voiz Academy’s sustainability analyst bootcamp. Outside of BOW, she is involved with DIPAC (Duke Israel Public Affairs Committee), the Chronicle, and the COOP. She is also currently researching as part of the Next Generation Learning at Duke bass connections team. In her free time Yasmine likes to read fiction novels, bake, hike, and do lagree pilates.
