Jess Chen
Membership Chair
Jess Chen is a sophomore from Hockessin, Delaware pursuing a Neuroscience Major, Computer Science Minor, and Politics, Philosophy Economics Certificate. She joined BOW during the fall of her freshman year and has not looked back since. Jess is excited to serve as Membership Chair in the spring semester after gaining experience as a committee member during the fall. This past summer, Jess took neuroscience and hip-hop classes at Duke and worked in childcare at a athletic facility in Delaware. Outside of BOW, Jess is DUU Duke@Nite's Executive Chair as well as in Delta Sigma Pi, Habitat4Humanity, and the Neuroscience Majors Union. She also enjoys working in the Wilson Recreation Center. In her free time Jess likes to spend time with her friends, talk about Jordan's and other overpriced sneakers, strength training, and cheering on the Duke Men's Basketball team.
