Social Media Director

Cheyenne Quijano is a senior from New Jersey majoring in Economics and minoring in Mathematics. She joined BOW during the spring semester of her freshman year and was a part of the External Initiatives and Lean-In Committees. Last year, she served as BOW's first Diversity, Empowerment, and Inclusion Chair. She is excited to be the VP of Social Impact for the 2021-2022 school year. Her freshman summer, Cheyenne was a Legal Intern at Davis, Saperstein, and Salomon, and she continued to work with them as a Software Project Intern the following summer. This past summer, she was a Research Assistant at the Environmental Justice Lab at Duke under Dr. Timmins and Dr. Binner, and she was also a Research Assistant at the McElroy Lab under Dr. McElroy. Outside of BOW, Cheyenne is involved in Duke's American Sign Language club and Duke's club figure skating team. In her free time, Cheyenne enjoys running, learning new instruments and fun facts, and exploring issues in development economics.
